My cat, Cody, knows how to relax.
I seriously need to know how to tone down my stress levels, so I thought I’d ask him for some advice:
1) Just chill/sleep on the couch. Have the TV remote in hand.
2) Use couch as scratching post and then chill-out on floor.
3) Get a yoga-buddy. Do lots of stretching.
4) And if all of the above don’t work, crawl into a ball and pretend that all problems don’t exist.
