Started off my yoga month with Ashtanga at 6:30am.
Woke up feeling nauseous - I am not used to these early hours. I am hoping to become more of a morning person by the end of the month.
Noticed that I have really collapsed arches, specially on my right foot, which is leading to soreness in my legs - need to work on building my inner arches!
So tired right now, and I have an assignment to work on :(.
