Mysore musing
Today’s Mysore was better for 3 reasons.
1. It was my 2nd time this week.
2. This sequence is becoming familiar again.
3. Slowing down the practice is really bringing me back towards myself.

Today’s Mysore was better for 3 reasons.
1. It was my 2nd time this week.
2. This sequence is becoming familiar again.
3. Slowing down the practice is really bringing me back towards myself.
So today, officially from the 12 December, I made a resolve to get back into Mysore practice and I am so proud that I did! I woke up and went to class at 7am.
My experience:
- I felt like I literally forgot the Primary Series :( (I’m exaggerating)
- I have the worst injury ever, it’s like shin splints*100, and its making my practice awful
- Even so, I’m glad I went… I worked around my injury and took the practice in baby steps.
